Accounts
When you create an account with City Tyres Uganda, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account touse our Online Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Your account and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Online Bookning
It is the customer’s ultimate responsibility to ensure the Services bookinggs and goods purchased are the correct fitment and are suitable for their intended use or purpose. If you need advice or help to locate your size, please contact us through the various channels as displayed on this website.
City Tyres Uganda trys to keep the website updated and accurate as possible , however City Tyres Services and goods are subject to availability and if we cannot comfirm your bookning request or supply the displayed item, City Tyres Branch Manger or Customer representatives will inform you at the earliest convenience time we find. City Tyres will provide an expected time for your service delivery if this is unacceptable a alternative time will be provided.
The order confirmation sets out the basis upon by which Service City Tyres Uganda agrees to accept an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation corresponds with the customers own expectations. Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to City Tyres respective Branch.

Pricing
Prices listed on this site are inclusive of Government VAT in all instances. Deliver is charged at our standard rates as it might be shown at the checkout stage or as the quote you recive. Shipping rates are adjusted accordingly depending on the number of tyres ordered or other products. Multiple item orders will attract a discount on delivery and service charges.
Pricing is reviewed regularly and checked against our competitors. City Tyres Uganda aims to offer a fair and competitive pricing on it’s services and quality tyre and wheel products. Prices are subject to change at any time.
The products are sold at the prices listed on City Tyres´s web site at the date/time of order. If we find a pricing error on our web site we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order. If you cancel and you have paid for the goods, we will issue a full refund.

Payment
Currently we do not offer Online payment gateways as yet, but we plane to is provide this feature ASAP. Cash is still King at City Tyres there is all payments paid locally with in UGX only.
We may need to contact you for further information in order to complete your appointment booking or purchase. Please note this is for your own protection.
Cash is still King will not approve the scheduled appoints or deliver the goods until it has received confirmation of payment or confirmed you order request.

Delivery
All goods are shipped using our dedicated courier. Most orders will be completed and delivered within 3 working days, however we do state a time scale of between 3 – 5 working days. City Tyres will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. Responsibility for online booking or services delivery times will be with the branch mangers planning or carrier company used. We will however try our utmost to ensure quick services and deliveries are promised.
All Goods must be checked upon receipt of delivery. In the event of any damaged or missing goods you should contact City Tyres directly and within 3 working days of order. Deliveries signed for as in good condition and complete can not be rectified afterwards. Confirmation of delivery from the carrier will be presumed to constitute conclusive proof of delivery.
For deliveries to different part of Uganda or East Africa destinations please contact the sales team for a quotation before booking an order.

Cancellation
It is the customers responsibility to cancel for and arranged services appointments. To cancel your order you should notify our customer services team by email: info@citytyres.net, Phone: +256 41341717 or in writing within 7 working days.
Services and Items being returned must be accompanied by a returns authorization or order number which will be supplied after notifying us.

Warranties
In the unlikely event of any defect arising in your tyres and wheels they will have to be returned and submitted for examination by the manufacturer, to determine the cause of failure. The manufacturers descision will be final.
City Tyres act as an agent for the manufacturer and shall not be deemed resonsible for any labour or shipping costs incurred on any warranty claim.#
Warranty claims must be accompanied with a return authorization number which will be issued by our customer services team upon notification of the claim.
